Returns or exchanges are accepted within 28 days if the item is in its original condition and packaging, except for food, drink, or cosmetics. Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a recorded delivery service. Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
