A ‘collect in store’ option is available for any customers who wish to collect their orders from our Carshalton store.
Furniture delivery is free of charge and will be arranged through our shop team. Please note, that delivery can take up to 28 days from when the purchase is originally made. Please see our Delivery Information for more details
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 28 days if the item is in its original condition and packaging, except for food, drink, or cosmetics. Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a recorded delivery service. Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
