A ‘collect in store’ option is available for any customers who wish to collect their orders from our Carshalton store.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 28 days if the item is in its original condition and packaging, except for food, drink, or cosmetics. Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a recorded delivery service. Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the return. Through the running of our furniture enterprise, our jams and chutneys making and our Interestingly Different store we provide opportunities for skill building and employment.
