DELIVERY
As we are a small organisation we are unable to ‘soak up’ delivery costs like some of the big companies out there. We have therefore created staggered delivery costs. The weight of your parcel is calculated at checkout to determine the cost of delivery based on what it costs us.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Upcycled Furniture Delivery: Safe and Convenient
We offer free delivery for all furniture purchases and work with you to find the best time to deliver!
- Local Deliveries: Handled personally within Sutton and surrounding areas using our trusty van, with our trainees often helping with the delivery.
- National Deliveries: Shipped securely via our trusted courier service.
Please note that deliveries are generally made to the ground floor only. After your purchase, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery. Depending on your location, the size of the item, and courier availability, arranging and completing the delivery may take up to 28 days from the date of purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply if special requirements are needed, such as delivering the item upstairs.
Prefer to pick up your furniture in-store? Enjoy a 10% discount when you collect your upcycled piece directly from us. Please note: furniture items must be collected within 28 days from purchase.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchases but should you want to return or exchange an item, you may do so, so long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of food, drink or cosmetic goods e.g. lip-balm.
You have 28 days to return the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us at shop@interestinglydifferent.co.uk with your reason for returning the goods – we may ask for a photo of the item, if it is damaged or spoiled.
Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping costs of any return or exchange, and the risk of loss or damage to the items that you are returning, until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning items. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for any exchanged item to reach you may vary.
Once your return is received, and we have checked it over, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and what will happen next.
If the return is in order, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in their systems – normally 3 to 5 working days.
