Ethiqana is a fair trade social enterprise focused on preserving earth friendly handicraft through sustainable livelihoods for our artisan heroes. They source and curate handmade products you can’t find on the high street.

Their mission is simple:

• Empower artisans through fair and ethical sourcing
• Provide viable, affordable and sustainable choices to consumers
• Rediscover sustainable materials and reduce the use of plastics

Over the years, they have been able to work with small producers, women’s refuges, and other social enterprises to provide sustainable livelihoods and skills. They have also been able to contribute in preserving traditional earth friendly manufacturing techniques that would have otherwise been lost. They have invested in people whom they work with. Over the years, their artisan base has grown from below 50 to over a 100. Out of this, nearly 70% are women.
