At the first opportunity, one of our team will then get in touch to arrange delivery and talk through the various options. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 28 days if the item is in its original condition and packaging, except for food, drink, or cosmetics. Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a recorded delivery service. Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the return. Through the running of our furniture enterprise, our jams and chutneys making and our Interestingly Different store we provide opportunities for skill building and employment.
